Mold assessment and remediation in Florida
Florida regulates mold-related services. Individuals performing mold assessment or mold remediation are licensed by the Department of Business and Professional Regulation. Florida also restricts an assessor or the assessor's company from performing remediation on a structure it assessed within the prior 12 months, and vice versa.
